I connected the stack with Make and Zapier scenarios: lead routing, follow-up automations and the small integrations that quietly remove a recurring manual step.

Project highlights

Slack AI Agent (Make.com + OpenRouter)

Built an intelligent Slack automation that classifies incoming messages in real time, automatically responds to frequently asked questions using a company knowledge base powered by ChatGPT, logs feedback to Google Sheets for ongoing training, and escalates complex or high-priority queries directly to the relevant sales rep for prompt human review. All message data is stored and tracked for future analysis and model improvement.

Google Forms Multi-Destination Router (Make.com)

Developed a conditional routing workflow that captures incoming Google Forms submissions and intelligently distributes the data based on predefined logic, sending records to Google Sheets and Airtable simultaneously while triggering real-time notifications to the appropriate team members via Slack and email.

Instantly to Slack Notification System (Make.com)

Built a real-time notification pipeline that monitors key prospect activity events within Instantly, including out-of-office responses, campaign enrollments, opt-outs, and inbound email replies, and instantly pushes structured alerts to a designated Slack channel so the client's team stays informed without having to manually check the platform.

Custom Webhook Data Processor (Make.com)

Designed an advanced webhook-driven automation that receives incoming data payloads, cross-references records against an existing Google Sheets database, and returns conditional webhook responses based on match logic, enabling dynamic, data-aware integrations without manual intervention.

AI-Powered Typeform Response System (Zapier)

Built a Zapier workflow that listens for new Typeform submissions, passes each response through an AI analysis layer to extract intent and context, and automatically sends a personalized email reply tailored to the specific submission, reducing manual follow-up time significantly.

VAPI Call Agent (VAPI + Make.com)

Built an AI-powered voice call agent capable of handling both inbound and outbound calls autonomously. When a prospect calls in, the agent responds intelligently in real time, captures all relevant information from the conversation, and automatically logs the data to Google Sheets via Make.com while simultaneously creating or updating the contact record directly in the CRM, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

AI Email Assistant Agent (Make.com + HubSpot + DocuSign)

Developed a fully automated email handling system that monitors an inbound email inbox, reads incoming messages from prospects, and generates context-aware responses based on a pre-configured company knowledge base. Beyond just replying to emails, the workflow generates contract documents through DocuSign and sends them directly to the prospect, enrols new contacts into HubSpot or updates existing records based on the interaction, and pushes real-time internal notifications to the relevant teammates, so the team stays in the loop on every prospect touchpoint from first email to signed document.
